Every bride and groom dance at their wedding reception. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and look natural while doing so! We have enjoyed helping all of our couples and look forward to helping you and your fiance too. Barb & Scott "So our wedding and honeymoon came and went and both of us had the most amazing time of our lives. It was unbelievable and I wanted to let you know our first dance was a HUGE hit with the party. People say that brides and grooms usually say it that weddings are a blur to them by the end of the night (time flies incredibly fast); however, I do remember many details of the wedding and I especially remember people loudly cheering us when we did the special Rudolph Valentino move and also the last part of our dance when Scott and I did the finale "dip". We felt like movie stars! ha ha. People were just staring at us while we were dancing. They were surprised our first dance was not common among many wedding dances - and we had so many guests come up to us with a lot of compliments. We had simply planned on doing the "why" dance until my grandmother gave us wedding dance lessons as a Christmas gift. Little did we know then that it would be a gift that would last a lifetime and would be enjoyed by so many people. Our first dance at our wedding was so much fun and we wanted to just keep dancing together all night. My grandmother was so impressed to see us foxtrot to a country song - she didn't think it could be done! You two made it happen. Alice & Michael "It went fabulous, and we have two wonderful teachers to thank for that. While I definitely mis-stepped (oops!) during the dance and there was a "guest blockade" before our entrance, none of our guests thought anything went wrong and thought our dance was very beautiful. Especially the dip! Everyone oohed and aahed at that point that I almost cracked up while I was being dipped. Thank god Mike held his stance and didn't crack up too much at that point and drop me! :) And everyone said my hand movements were very graceful! Ha,ha,ha! Yes!!! I still have hope for me." Eduardo did a great job, and the final adjustments made during our last session worked out perfectly. The dance floor was a little bigger so I could twirl a little more. We will send you some pictures once we get them. Also the little tips (how to escort me around etc) helped a lot throughout the weekend. Eduardo looked like such a gentleman! I have a couple friends of mine, Bea and Andrew, who just got engaged. I sent her your email as they are interested in lessons as well. Christina & Rod "Thank you so much for your help with the first dance for our wedding this past June at the Surf and Sand. It was definitely the high point of our wedding! We had so much fun and it totally broke the ice for the rest of our party. You can see by the expressions on the faces in the background of the photos that our family and friends totally loved it...they are even still talking about it! It is testament to your skill as teachers to be able to take two uncoordinated beginners and teach us an elegant Viennese waltz to our favorite song by John Denver in just three lessons! It was totally out of character for my husband and it really meant a lot to me that he put so much concentration and effort into it. What an incredible gift to give--that shining moment, dressed to the nines, getting twirled and dipped, and elegantly spun around the dance floor in front of a captive audience!
